Most of the Users replied that previous solution was not working for some people. The problem was that some computers did not grant access to some of the apps which lead to crash. Step -1 Go to My Computer and click on C drive -->Properties-->Security
Step-2 Click on Edit
Step -3 Click on ADD button and type like this : "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGE"
Click OK and Allow the shown settings
Step -3 Click on OK
If you want you can you can restart your computer and check whether it is working or not.
